Overview of the role

The FM Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling the execution of all annual maintenance contracts in line with SLAs, ensuring high-quality performance and service delivery at every stage.

What you will do

• Plan all works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA.
• Ensure all PPM, CM, and casual works are completed on schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation related to contracts and service reports.
• Ensure costs are aligned with the desired margins and profitability for each job.
• Arrange and coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for the sites.
• Train staff to uphold the highest standards of HSE practices.
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, both internal and external.

Required skills to be successful

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting).
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Competence in workforce planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.

What qualifies you for the role

• Three years Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within facilities management industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience handling annual maintenance contracts (AMC), PPM/CM scheduling, and stakeholder management.
