FnB Manager up to 20k AED for a Luxury Golf Club in Dubai, UAE
Salary: 20,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
Availability: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Employment Type: Full Time
Candidate Profile:
• Open to European nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
• HACCP / PIC Certificate is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position preferably from the Hotel or F&B industry
• Previous experience in handling multiple outlets with multinational cuisine background is a must
Job Description:
• Responsible in running of both outlets in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover, profitability, gross margins, labor ratios and all other costs
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering high quality service and operations
• Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to drive top line revenues
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
