Job description / Role
FnB MANAGER up to 15K AED ++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Fujairah
Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Recruitment and training of staff
Shift scheduling
Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Purchase and control of inventory
Requirements
Open to any nationality
Male or Female, 30-35 years old below
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven food and beverage management experience
Ability to manage all food & drinks activities to maximise revenue, profitability and quality goals
Can develop, implement and evaluate the hotel’s marketing plan, general business plan, marketing and sales strategies
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Excellent Communication and leadership skills
Can start immediately (1-month max)
Work location: Fujairah
Salary up to 15,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation allowance
