FnB Operations Area Manager up to 18k Aed for a Fnb Holding Company in Dubai

• Manage franchisee outlets food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Lead the promotions, customer service initiatives and managing 3rd party suppliers and providers for the various locations
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards for all locations
• Contribute to the regular improvement of menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements in support of the franchisor
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns in person, phone and social media environments
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations of the respective markets

Requirements

• POSITION: FnB OPERATIONS AREA MANAGER
• SALARY: 18,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission and incentives
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Holding Company
• WORK LOCATION: DIFC, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
• European or South African candidates
• Male or Female, below 40 years old
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
• At least 5 years of proven FnB management experience - preferably from 5-star hotels
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS, Saapad is a plus)
• Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial target
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
