Job description / Role
Fnb Operations Manager up to 25k Aed for a Leading Fnb Group in the Uae
• Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity
• Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service
• Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and developing game plans to attack need areas and expand on the strengths
• Ensures that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations
• Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
• Assists employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them
• Conduct staff and management periodic meeting with effective agenda
• Interviews and assists in making hiring decisions
• Receives hiring recommendations from team supervisors
• Ensures orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion
• Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests
• Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times
• Responds timely to customer service department request
• Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements
Requirements
• POSITION: FnB Operations Manager
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED full package depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading FnB Group
• LOCATION: Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationalities
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree/Diploma or any relevant course
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in managerial role within hospitality industry
• Knowledge in Audit , Variances , P&L & Audit compliance reports
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros and point of sales systems
• Strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
• Proven customer service experience as a Manager
