Job description / Role
FNB Secretary for a Luxury Golf Club in Dubai
• Typing official letters & internal memos.
• Attending to kitchen events mis-en-place
• Taking minutes of the FnB Kitchen Meeting
• Clearing the FnB Kitchen pigeon all at executive office
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering stationary for Chef’s Office
• Typing restaurant menus for FnB Outlets
• Assisting the Chefs on a daily basis by posting the request in SAP and sorting them out in the pigeon hole
• Doing the time and attendance daily and updating the executive Chef of any discrepancies
• Mailing new material creation or maintenance request to the concerned department person as and when requested.
• Filing of HACCP documents every outlet on a week basis
• Assisting in the process for Internal and External Audit for HACCP, ISO
• Assisting in the processing of leave forms, filing and eventually making a vacation planner for quick reference
• Assisting in the flow chart and hierarchy charts for kitchen and stewarding and any update if needed
• Preparing and sorting supplier appointments with Executive Chef and to liaise with them
• Assisting in the promotional plans of each outlet
• Assisting chefs for their promotional ideas in every menu, especially for Menu Engineering
• Making a Data Base for all chefs and stewarding
• Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with design office procedures, and possess expert typing and word processing
• Can maintain positive and courteous attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
