Job description / Role
Our Food & Beverage Associates deliver the Farah dining experience by providing information to help our guests in their selections, presenting ordered choices; whilst ensuring a clean and safe environment.
As part of our team, your duties will include:
- Engaging with each Guest as a unique individual and listening to their requests.
- Be fully knowledgeable on all products sold in F&B Outlets in order to offer the best selections to our guests.
- Displaying an open body posture, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow Colleagues
- Operating the cash register (POS System)
- Enforcing and adhering to all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience as a waiter/waitress/cashier in a similar environment
- Fluent in English and any other language
- Essential Food Safety Training will be an added advantage
- Positive and pro-active attitude
