Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our food & beverage business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B finance, with proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's profitability and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for F&B operations.
- Monitor cost control initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure financial efficiency in procurement, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant F&B regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong focus on F&B or hospitality sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and F&B industry practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, specifically in the F&B or hospitality industry. The candidate should have a deep understanding of F&B business operations, including procurement, inventory management, cost control, and revenue streams.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with an emphasis on cost control and profit optimization.
- Demonstrated success in managing financial operations such as accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and payroll within the F&B space.

Skills and Expertise:
- Strong analytical skills to monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Expertise in financial reporting and creating detailed financial models and projections.
- Proficient in financial software (ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks, or other industry-standard tools) and capable of leveraging financial data to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of F&B cost structures, including food and beverage costing, menu pricing strategies, and labor cost management.
- Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:
- A strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance, particularly as it relates to the F&B industry.
- Experience with tax regulations, auditing processes, and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.

Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership abilities to manage financial teams and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as operations, marketing, and procurement.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while driving efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
