Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including seating, food and beverage service, and table clean-up.
- Maintain inventory control and ensure proper ordering and storage of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.
