Job description
- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
- Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and alcohol service laws
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product quality
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and timely food delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all food and beverage items
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, and special promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years' experience in food and beverage management, culinary and related professional area
- Must have experience with beach lounge operations
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical business thinking required
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), second language is an asset
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- Must be computer literate and analytical
- Enthusiastic and guest driven
- Must be able to prioritize, organize and be self-efficient
- Able to perform under pressure
