Are you passionate about Service Excellence, Guest interaction and Food & Beverage? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlet to deliver an excellent Guest experience.

What you will be doing:

- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Represent needs of the team.
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Be environmentally aware.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
- Regularly review house counts. forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Previous Food and Beverage experience.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work on your own or in teams.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous experience in UAE Resort experience.
- Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
- Willingness to develop team members and self.
