As a Food Segment - Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence within the HORECA and FMCG sectors. Your expertise in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives will be vital in driving sales growth and brand loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new business opportunities within the food segment, focusing on HORECA and FMCG sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the specific needs of clients in the food industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand and build connections.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the B2B or food industry, preferably in HORECA or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of food products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and initiatives that drive growth.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
