Job description / Role
About the client: Market Leaders in manufacturing and distribution of food packaging solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business and prepare quarterly, yearly sales plans for the team as well as for the salesman
- Manage, mentor, and lead sales team members to achieve monthly sales target
- Finding new opportunities by searching customer leads through SEO and LinkedIn, market research, reference, etc.
- Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Follow-up on potential sales leads and meet customers at their place or arrange necessary meeting at the office to introduce them about the product range
- Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue
- Resolve customer complaints by providing necessary information and alternative solutions and other aspects as per the requirements
- Monitoring collection with the sales team and do the necessary follow-up and coordinate the collection team to achieve the monthly collection as per the plan
- Running sales, collection, cost, profit, item wise, customer wise, salesman wise to monitor the overall sales process through Orion program
- Providing significant reports and plans to direct manager and HR team in order to improve the performance & productivity.
- Provide necessary approvals for orders, quotations, sample request on the portal to expedite the sales process among the team
- Providing valuable feedback from customer’s perspective to our production/Engineering team to enhance our products.
- Provide information regarding new products/ suppliers to the procurement team to streamline our supply chain.
- Provide market competitor inputs regarding New openings, products, sale prices etc. to the procurement team to widen our depth in the market.
- Monitoring and interacting with CRM program to make sure the daily sales team planner
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
- Work experience in a similar capacity.
- Ideally from Consumer goods / Food and Beverage Industry
- Well versed with Sales process & customer service management
- Strong work ethic
- UAE Market knowledge
