Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Interior to join our construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction projects and a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines. The Foreman Interior will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of interior construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise interior construction projects from start to finish
- Lead and manage a team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment required for each project
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on construction sites
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure that standards are met and that work is completed within the scheduled timeframe
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in interior construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling project challenges

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
