Forensic Planning Manager - Dubai, Contractor
Client is a Tier 1 Contractor with a large presence in the Middle East. Their impressive portfolio of live projects include 5* Hotels, High Rise Luxury Residential developments and Shopping Centres. Their workload currently spans across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East, as well as having work in the Far East and Europe.
This particular role / project is based in Dubai. They require a Forensic Planning Manager to oversee a 1 Billion AED + Build project.
This person will be an experienced Planner who has worked for a Cost / Claims Consultant in the Middle East, and will have extensive knowledge and experience of the following;
- EOT analysis
- Claims preparation, management and seeing a claim through from start to finish
- Excellent Commercial awareness
- Delay analysis
- Forensic auditing
- Full project cycle experience on large build project
Requirements
- Relevant degree (Civil Engineering)
- Cost Consultancy / Claims Consultancy background
- Stability / longevity in previous roles demonstrated on CV
