Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily foreign exchange trading activities and ensure transactions are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and control the dealing desk operations to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide real-time market information and advise traders to optimize trading decisions.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to implement internal controls and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to support strategic trading initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on trading activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure the dealing desk operates within the limits set by management and regulatory bodies.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Forex Dealer or Dealing Desk Controller, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices related to forex trading.
