FP&A Analyst

Our client, the retail arm of a well-established holding group in the UAE, is looking to grow their commercial finance team and hire an experienced FP&A Analyst for their operations in Abu Dhabi

Client Details

Our client is part of well-established, regional holding group, representing a number of international retail brands in the region. They are currently seeking an FP&A Analyst to expand their commercial operations in Abu Dhabi.

Description

Reporting directly to the CFO of the division, this FP&A role will be responsible to;

* Manage the planning, forecasting and financial reporting of all key aspects of the business. Build realistic and fully-explainable budgets and forecasts.
* Provide critical financial analysis, oversight and partnership with operational leaders across the company to assist in driving business decisions through fact?based, financial data and analytics
* Ensure that the monthly and quarterly reporting is timely, relevant, value adding and accurate.
* Understand the operational implications of the financial results and drive in optimizing top and bottom line business results.

Job Offer

The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary of 18,000 - 20,000, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances, with additional family benefits. Requirements

The successful candidate for this FP&A analyst role will have a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial financial and reporting experience. Candidates coming from retail background is a must for this position. The ideal candidate for this role will also have a dynamic personality and strong communication/interpersonal skills to be able to effectively business partner and support the team.
