FP&A Manager

Job description / Role

Inspire Selection is working with a large global business which is rapidly expanding in the ME Region. This is an excellent opportunity to get into a true leading company, which offers its staff excellent benefits such as education allowance.

Salary: AED 35-40k / month + schooling + family flights + family medical

Responsibilities:
- Monthly MIS reporting to enable the SMT to make important business decisions
- Provide accurate and timely financial information across the division to the SMT
- Detailed variance analysis, and comparing against growth plans;
- Develop and Implement a robust cash management process.
- Reporting of daily cash balances, monthly consolidated cashflow forecasts
- Making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Supporting process improvement, leading to continuous improvement in the accuracy, timeliness and automation of financial planning and reporting information.
- Building strong relationships with SMT
- Recommending improvements in the areas of reporting and planning.
- Managing the local accounting teams to ensure career development and best use of team skills

Requirements

- Currently working in an FP&A role in a large multinational company
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting and Management.
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge
- A fully qualified accountant
- Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the business.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.
- A mature, proactive and detail oriented individual.
- 5 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, and providing financial advice
- 5 years’ experience in leading efficient teams
