FP & A Manager (Construction and Engineering)

Job description / Role

A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning, analysis, and strategic support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide insights to management on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus).
• Minimum of 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years focused on FP&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Location: UAE
