NTS Group are currently working with a leading wellness/beauty/hospitality client who are seeking a Franchise Business Development Manager for this exciting and challenging role.

Based in the heart of Dubai, this position is responsible for leading and executing the companies franchise growth strategy (for multiple brands within the organisation) by building awareness and promoting the brands, while demonstrating strong ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement whilst constantly balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

The role will involve identifying, reviewing and validating new development opportunities using current success criteria. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying candidates through the franchise award process, providing prospective franchisees with product information, managing all franchise development agreements and manage on going relationships with the franchisees accountable. You will also be expected to provide direction to the franchise in area related to selecting real-estate locations, interpreting the companies policies & procedures, monitor the performance of the operations data and recommend solutions to improve the performance of each assigned franchise area.


To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years of leading business development experience within franchising as a Franchise Manager. You will be well versed in strategic planning, budgeting and project management, within the hospitality sector. You will have a large network and solid relationships within the industry which can be leveraged for the development of the companies franchises, with a minimum of 8-10 years within the hospitality (or wellness industry).

You will be able to demonstrate the understanding of the franchisor-franchisee relationship and have solid team management experience. Furthermore, you will offer excellent communication skills, superb networking & relationship building skills, as well as solid business development, business planning and budgeting experience.
