Position Title: Franchise Manager- General
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:
• Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion then recruit, screen, and select potential franchisees.
• Assist new franchisees in the setup process, including site selection and store opening.
• Make regular market and store visits to ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are implemented.
• Collaborate with franchisees to manage buying budgets to ensure efficient inventory levels and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development
• Strong knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and budgeting tools

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
