Franchise Retail Area Manager - GCC & North Africa
The Operations Manager will play a vital role in launching an already successful concept, here within the UAE. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in the food/beverage/catering industry with the knowledge of how to run a restaurant as well as a strong background in Sales.
The role requires leadership and coaching skills in order to inspire the investor & teams to achieve greater results and to implement the operational plan in order to maximise sales and profit for the Group.
Requirements
- Strong background in Sales.
- Provide coaching, direction and support on operational activities.
- Monitor and review operational performance, identifying key priorities for achieving operational excellence.
- Provide support with product development and innovation.
- Ensure Brand compliance is adhered to and maintained across the Group.
- Support the Operational Strategic plan in order to achieve Company objectives.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations and other documentation to the Group.
- Provide training support to Group Companies.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English - Arabic advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills including good project planning and implementation skills.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and achieve KPI's.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
- Have good problem solving abilities.
- Proactive in generating leads, following up inquires & closing sales.
