Job description / Role
Reporting to the GM, the primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- Developing and implementing the strategy of designated accounts (franchise partners and multi-brand retailers) in the region
- Identifying opportunities to expand the retail network across the region
- Preparing the budgets and long-term business plans for the accounts in the GCC
- Collaborating with other divisions , such as marketing and merchandising to ensure the successful operation of your accounts
- Achieving sales and profitability targets for each account
Requirements
- Over 5 years sales experience in a similar role: managing franchise, wholesale and/or travel accounts
- Must have experience in the Middle East
- Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic is a distinct advantage
