Job description / Role
Freelance accountant required for a period of 3 months from Dec 2018 until March 2019. The ideal candidate will be a certified CPA / ACCA or CA. The role would require travel between London and Dubai so ideally EU nationals are preferred for the position.
The role involves analyzing 5 years of income and expenditure reports and creating formal management accounts in a specific format as directed by the owners of the business.
Candidates with prior experience in working within a parent company structure (small scale), where there are several different subsidiaries and different ownership structures as per each subsidiary, would be ideal for this position.
The role offers the chance to analyze, advise and consult two flamboyant entrepreneurs who own and run a professional services business across Dubai & London.
You will be expected to:
- Analyzing historical accounts (up to 5 years) and look out for anomalies
- Create management accounts in a specified format
- Create specific reports based on current accounts and data.
- Create an infrastructure system that is easy to use for future reports creation
- Make recommendations to simplify the creation of reports in the future.
