Our client is an accredited Learning and Development, Assessment and Recruitment Company who have delivered strategic and tactical performance improvement solutions to a wide range of Blue Chip clients over the last 25 years. Their main focus is the automotive industry, working with global players in the market and the company has a deep understanding of this sector on a global and regional basis.

The company is now looking for an experienced and highly professional Consultant to work on an ongoing basis and due to the ad hoc nature of assignments, candidates must have their own visa and sponsorship.

Requirements

The selected individual will have proven experience as an Assessor, Coach and Career Management and have the ability to identify training needs in tandem with business objectives. Human Resources and employee development experience is mandatory and experience with the administration of Psychometric testing would be considered a distinct advantage. We are looking for refined skills in client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, high calibre communication and team working skills. You will be working alongside, and for, very senior level professionals and as such you must have a highly professional and credible approach. The ability to write reports in a clear and succinct format is essential and candidates must have absolute fluency in written and spoken English. This role is on an ad-hoc basis as aforementioned so salary will be paid in the form of a day rate plus travelling expenses.
