We are looking for freelance HR Consultants to join our career consultation team. We support professionals across a wide range of services and topic areas such as:
- Job hunting
- Interview Preparation
- Salary Negotiation
- Dispute Resolution
- Career Guidance
- Mental Health
- Labour Law Enquiries
- Graduate guidance
- CV review
We are looking for HR specialists that can support in these areas as well as other sectors. We provide our clients with 1 on 1 hourly video sessions, so applicants to these roles should be able to demonstrate a welcoming and pleasant demeanour and possess the required technology and environment to conduct such activities.
This position will be on a freelance basis, and will work around your schedule. Candidates can be based anywhere however some candidates will require to have knowledge of labour law across various GCC countries
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and qualifications such as:
- Degree in HR, Occupational Psychology or equivalent
- Relevant certifications such as CIPD, HRM etc
- 5+ years post graduate experience
- GCC experience
- Those that are fluent in English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi would be at an advantage
