Job description / Role
GulfTalent is one of the largest online portals serving the Middle East region, with offices in Dubai and London. Founded in 2005, it is now used by over 7 million individuals and 8,000 companies.
This freelance role is a great opportunity for an individual, from either an agency or in-house background, to work as an internal recruiter on a flexi basis, with the possibility of working remotely from home.
In this role, you will:
• Source, screen and interview candidates for GulfTalent’s own vacancies, and coordinate the process until offers are made and accepted.
• Work with line managers to produce job and person specifications across a range of functions, including sales, marketing and engineering
• Develop attraction strategy, considering different channels and methods to reach the appropriate audience in different parts of the world
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process
• Manage job offers including obtaining sign-off of offer packages where required and negotiating offers with candidates
Requirements
The successful candidate will be someone independent and hard-working, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and with a proven track record in recruitment.
The candidate should possess:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a recruiter with a reputable firm (either as an in-house recruiter or a recruitment consultant)
• Experience in recruiting high-level positions in an international environment
• Experience of working against deadlines
• Middle East experience
• Excellent command of English
