Kaplan is a world leader in professional education and is currently experiencing rapid growth in the MENA region. In supporting this growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced freelance instructor with industry certifications and expert knowledge in AML, CFT, CPF, and FIU. Successful candidates will develop bespoke course content and deliver training courses.
Skills and experience
Candidates will have a bachelor's degree in forensic accounting, finance, risk management, audit, or a related field.
At least one of the following certifications: CFE, ACAMS, CRCMP.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in fraud investigation, governance, or compliance with substantial expertise in AML, CFT, CPF, and FIU.
At least 3 years experience in training, coaching, and people development.
Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What you'll bring to the role
We are looking for people with an advanced-level knowledge of fraud investigation. This should include the following:
- Advanced level of fraud risk management and investigation skills
- Advanced level knowledge of the AML, CFT, CPF process and regulations
- Advanced level understanding of international and local compliance frameworks and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
