Freight Forwarder Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freight Forwarder Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and expanding our freight forwarding services in the UAE market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and contribute to the growth of a reputable company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.

- Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Customer handling/service experience
- Candidates with their own network/connects in the industry will be preferred.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
