Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
• Following Mercure brand standards in the daily work
• Ensuring a quick and friendly guest service
• Following the cashier discipline
• Taking all the guests' request into consideration and forwarding them to the departments in charge
• Welcoming guests and maintaining their loyalty
• Promoting for the guests Accor Loyalty Programme
• Ensuring member of Accor Loyalty Programme gets all the required treatment
• Ensuring guests' accounts have no over limits

Requirements

Skills
• Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
Optional languages Russian
• Mandarin (Fluent)
• French (Fluent)

Essential and optional requirements

Minimum experience required
• At least 2 years experience as receptionist or a shift leader position preferably inside the UAE
• Language essential:
• English and second language as an advantage (Arabic/Russian)
• Skills required:
• Opera PMS
• Resa Web
• Hotel Link
