Front Desk Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Works collaboratively with the Front Office Team and other related department.
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
- Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential; experience in a 5 star or luxury resort property is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication); additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Russian, German, Chinese (Mandarin), French, Spanish)

Front Desk Agent Requirements:

- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
- Team player.
