Job description / Role
1. Demonstrate knowledge of front desk etiquette, possess administrative service awareness, and understand basic reception protocols.
2. Exhibit a cheerful personality and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
3. Display a strong work ethic and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, keeping pace with the fast-paced global industry and adjusting to flexible working hours.
4. Proficiently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
Requirements
Language Skills:
1. Fluent in both Arabic and English.
2. Proficient in spoken and written English.
3. Strong listening, oral communication, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
4. 1-3 years of experience working in renowned companies or international hotels, among other relevant environments.
Education:
5. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
