Job description / Role
Pilates Studio Team as a Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and organized woman to be the face of our Pilates studio! If you have a warm personality, and love keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. We are located in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings and schedule sessions
- Manage interactions of clients in social media (Instagram and Whatsapp)
- Settle up, offer and prepare basic natural juices and coffee for clients
- Handle payments
- Set up and prepare the studio before & after sessions
- Handle used towels & coordinate with laundry services
- Oversee juice supplier orders & inventory
- Coordinate with maintenance & cleaning services
- Register basic expenses on online platform
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients

Requirements:
- Female, aged 25-45
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Excellent communication in English & customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills for scheduling
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or fitness role (preferred)
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
About the Company
Our company is doing the fit out of a Pilates Studio with 6 reformers and a little coffee shop in the future. We are expecting to open at the end of April if everything oges according to plan. We are located in Azizi Riviera 45, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai.
