Employment: Full Time

Front Liner Representatives, handle issues and answer questions. By creating positive interactions, you must increase the number of sales and improve customer satisfaction. You must excel customer service and result to positive customer reviews and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints,
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to deal with customers.
• Strong command on English.
• 1+ yr. of international Call Center Experience.
• Well organized and able to multitask.
• Ability to read customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skill.
