Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Front of House professional to join our vibrant team in Dubai. As the face of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. With your exceptional customer service skills and warm personality, you will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued upon entering our venue.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, hospitable manner.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the guest experience.
- Provide guests with menus, recommend items, and answer questions about the menu and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house environment, including the lobby and waiting area.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and communication.
- Assist with training new front of house staff and promoting a team-oriented culture.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and point of sale (POS) software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to connect with guests.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a polished appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
