Join our dynamic hotel team in the heart of Dubai as a Front Office Agent! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all information is accurate.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding accommodations, hotel services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner, providing solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and manage reservations through the hotel management system.
- Assist with billing, payments, and other front desk operations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel and surrounding areas to enhance guests' stay.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with hotel management software Opera and systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
