Job description / Role
We are working with a newly established, fast-growing investment firm based in the heart of DIFC, with a strong international outlook and a collaborative, Western-style working culture. As they continue to expand their footprint in the region, they are seeking a polished and highly professional Front of House / Office Administrator who can also provide executive-level support as needed.
This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, dynamic office environment, taking pride in delivering a premium first impression while also being a trusted support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within a corporate, financial services, or boutique investment environment, and will also be comfortable providing light EA support, such as taking minutes during board meetings, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential correspondence with discretion.
Requirements:
We are specifically looking for candidates with fluency in English to native standard, and additional languages—such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin—is highly desirable. A naturally confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be well-presented, composed, and proactive in approach. A calm, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to multi-task effectively will be essential in supporting a growing team of professionals in a fast-paced setting.

Salary:
AED
9,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
