Charterhouse is working with a reputable 4 star property in Sharjah who are looking to hire a Front Office Manager to join their team. As the Front Office Manager you will report to the General Manager.
You main responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of reception, guest relations, concierge, telephone and reservations, as well as the business centre, whilst consistently being focused and driven on achieving all targets, especially a high level of customer service. You will also oversee an established team of supervisors.
The successful candidate should currently work as a Front Office Manager within a 3 or 4 star property, within the UAE. This role requires a solid experienced leader who is proactive and energetic, always trying to develop their team.
