Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established 4 star hotel in Sharjah who is looking to hire a Front Office Manager to join their team. As the Front Office Manager you will report to the General Manager and Rooms Division Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee reception, guest relations, bell staff, telephone operators and the business centre, focusing on consistently achieving commercial and operational targets. You will also manage a diverse team of supervisors.
The successful candidate should currently work as a Front Office Manager within a 3 or 4 star property, preferably within the UAE. This role requires someone very proactive, a real go getter who is always trying to develop and better themselves and their team. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates.
