A talented dynamic professional who is able to 'kick off his shoes' of a typical hotel operation and indulge in an unscripted service style that is both friendly and luxurious in nature. The true/Andaz/leader will ensure to set the stage to ignite creative minds and bring eclectic souls together on each task to ensure they perform and provide a unique service to create a fresh and stimulating environment, infused with character, welcoming each guest who walks in to our 'Home' to create inspiring experiences through a kaleidoscope of local culture. Managing a team of 30 different cultural backgrounds and befriending the diverse group of colleagues should be natural and heartily.

Someone who is organized, planned and looks at the big picture and can lead & drive a team of young individuals so they can be their best.

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
