Job Description
• You manage telephone reception, reservation management, check-in, information, sales, check-out and billing... and if you have any additional talent, share it!
• On the F&B side, you will be in charge of the bar and setting up the breakfast, making sure it runs smoothly and tidies up.
• You ensure that the quality of the experience is up to the promises made to our customers
Requirements
Work Experience
• You are a comely and enthusiastic person and you don't know what "stress" means.
• Your Dutch and English are fluent.
• You have some skills in French? Great!
• Customer happiness is your high priority.
• You have already worked in this position in hospitality sector and your boss adored you.
