About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and deploying multi-tenant SaaS platforms from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have deep full-stack expertise, experience building scalable production systems, and the ability to work closely with product teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain multi-tenant SaaS platforms and applications.
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Implement secure authentication/authorization (Role-Based Access Control, JSON Web Token).
• Integrate real-time features using WebSockets / Socket.IO.
• Manage database design, schema creation, and data optimization using PostgreSQL with Sequelize or Prisma.
• Deploy and scale applications using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, write documentation, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Integrate AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Cloud AI) or workflow automation into platform modules.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development for SaaS platforms.
• Strong frontend skills: React (v18+), TypeScript, Material UI / Joy UI, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid).
• Strong backend experience: Node.js (v20+), Express, PostgreSQL, Sequelize / Prisma.
• Proven expertise in secure authentication (JSON Web Token) and authorization (Role-Based Access Control).
• Experience with containerization, cloud deployments, and scaling using Docker and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and testing best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Portfolio links or demonstrable SaaS projects are highly preferred.

• Based in the UAE.
• Ukrainian developers will be given high preference.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
