Full Stack IT Developer

Guildhall is excited to be working with a valued client in the hospitality sector. This luxury café in Dubai is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online, blending great coffee, food, and aesthetics with seamless digital solutions.

We are recruiting for a skilled IT Programmer / Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and support advanced technical solutions that make the café’s online ordering, POS, and internal systems efficient, user-friendly, and reliable. You should have strong development skills, experience with web or mobile platforms, and the ability to turn operational needs into working technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Web & Mobile Platforms
- Build and maintain the café’s online ordering website and/or mobile app.
- Ensure smooth and intuitive user experiences for customers on web and mobile.

Full-Stack Development
- Work on both front-end and back-end to create complete digital solutions.
- Use technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), Node.js, Python, PHP, and SQL.

Integrations & System Optimization
- Integrate POS systems, inventory management, and loyalty programs.
- Optimize digital systems for speed, reliability, and ease of use.

Collaboration & Operations Support
- Work with the café management team to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware and software systems as required.

- Proven experience in web or mobile development, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development (front-end & back-end).
- Familiarity with POS systems, databases, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to communicate technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
