iOWN is a technology company, providing crowdfunding capabilities for different types of investors, and through different kinds of assets, all via blockchain.

Job Overview:
iOWN Group is about to launch its crowdfunding (iOWNX) platform targeting real estate assets in UAE and looking for a passionate fund manager who will help iOWN to grow its business in UAE and regionally.

Ideal candidate should have the following skills & experience:
• An outstanding experience in asset management and finance. Preferably in Real Estate
• Have proven records on managing and increasing the ROI of assets portfolios.
• Provide comprehensive and strong risk and revenue assessments.
• Have the required skill set to make decisions on setting the required capital or limits injected as per the specific vehicle that runs the underlying assets.
• Provide a comprehensive and detailed analysis such as liquidity, volatility, valuations and others.
• Provide a forecast on the returns and efficiency of each portfolio.
• Performance assessments of iOWN’s partners who will drive further revenues and management to the assigned assets.
• Technical knowledge in setting up and configure fund management platforms. A demonstration is required.
• Provides investment and financial management advice to their clients.
• Complete financial transactions on behalf of their clients and the funds they manage.
• While conducting investment and oversight activities, maintain records and documentation related to investments and transactions.

Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
• Five years of experience in financial services or business roles.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and diligent attributes.
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
