Job description / Role
- Working closely with Operation Manager & Sales team.
- Oragnise and arrange Game Equipments & Fields as per bookings.
- Issue Items for Customers as per Game bookings
- Coordinate with other departments as per game bookings.
- Give briefing for players/ teams.
- Ensure safety of the customers.
- Make sure all is set for game as per time schedule.
- Handle customer grievances.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Experience in Handling Group customers.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness.
