Dubai based; covering Abu Dhabi, Kuwait & Qatar – Travel Required

Our client, a fast-growing, prestigious residential property development company based in the UK, is looking for a high-quality individual with offshore experience in wealth management and/or property investment across the Middle East.
The successful candidate will be based in Dubai, but will also be expected to travel to Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar and other regional cities and have the ability to manage and grow key accounts/agents throughout the region and be naturally target driven.
To be considered for the role the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Opening New Agent Accounts for both Local & Expat Markets
• Managing Existing & New Agents to maximise their sales performance
• Proposing & Actively taking part in Agent Property promotions, exhibitions, seminars etc to drive sales
• Making direct sales through referral Clients from Contacts & Introducers including Wealth
• Managers, IFAs and Centres of Influence

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years offshore experience in wealth management and/or property investment
• Proven track record of UK property sales
• Strong personal network within the Middle East
• Ability to manage and grow key accounts throughout the region
• Target driven with ambitions to grow own team
• Proven record of developing relationships and creating an increase in sales
• Confidence to engage at executive levels with key accounts in order to grow business opportunities and relationships
