Job description / Role
Position: General Accountant
Salary: 3,500 AED - 6,000 AED all inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Work Timings: 8:00 AM - 6:15 PM (5 days working, 2 days off)

Job Description
• Processing all cash and bank transactions and preparation of relevant documents.
• Processing payroll, purchase invoice booking and making sales invoices, suppliers’ payments, reconciling the sundry debtors and suppliers A/c,
• Follow up and monitoring the monthly financial commitments of Partners/Managing Director.
• Reconciling the deposit receivables & customs duty deposit A/c.
• Preparing & reporting ageing of the clients to Chief Accounts.
• Preparing Material Receipt Note for Non Inventory Transaction, Credit Note & Debit Note.
• Document releasing / unlocking
• Maintaining Company Loan A/c, Partners, Supplier & Customer A/c with Monthly Statement preparation
• Inventory Master and Material Consumption Analysis
• Inward LC - Documentation & Monitoring
• Analysis-Cost of Sales against Invoices (Report discrepancies to IT department for updating).
• Inter division A/c's (Group of Companies) and Bank and Discounted & Undiscounted cheques reconciliation.
• Declaration of Marine Insurance
• Monthly Cash flow and Financial Closing Entries as well as Monthly various reports - Sales / Purchase / Inventory
• Coordinating with Sales dept., Debt Controller & Stores for delivery releasing.
Salary:
AED
3,500 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Must have minimum 3 years experience in a Manufacturing / Construction company in UAE.
• College / University degree in Accounting
• Candidates who are available to join immediately is preferred
