General Accountant

Job Description:
• Accurately record property transactions, lease agreements, and sales and generate monthly and annual financial reports tailored to real estate operations
• Process vendor payments, contractor invoices, utility bills and track rental income, tenant deposits, and ensure timely collection of dues.
• Reconcile property-specific accounts, bank statements, and tenant balances.
• Ensure all financial records align with lease and contract terms.
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

Position Title: General Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law
Job Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading real estate companies in the UAE.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in accounting software used in real estate
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a real estate accounting role
