Job description / Role
Accounting
• Preparation of journal entries
• Complete general ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Draw up monthly financial reports
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Assist with year end closings
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Budgets and forecasts
• Payroll administration
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• Account/bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Manage and consistently analyze product pricing
Office Manager
• Preparation of Employment Contracts
• Work with PRO to facilitate employee visas
• Arrange staff travel
• General day to day office management, stationary, office supplies etc
• Medical Insurance renewal
• Rental contract renewal
• Work with PRO to facilitate Trade License renewal
Requirements
• A degree from a recognized University in Finance or Accounting
• CPA/ ACCA qualified
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Expert knowledge of excel and other MS office software’s
