Job description / Role
Client is an International Architectural & Design Consultancy and they are seeking a General Administrator cum Receptionist for their office in Dubai.
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Accurately take and deliver messages.
- Arrange staff/clients flights and hotel booking.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence.
- Accept courier packages; prepare and organize delivery of courier packages.
- Provide support for client events and meetings.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Perform Accounting Tasks
Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in an Architecture or Design firm previously.
- Diploma/Degree in an appropriate and related filed
- 3 years of relevant experience as receptionist in a professional environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Superior communications skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Presentable and pleasing personality.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Accounting Skills
